Ahweenes!Im Isak or as my friends call me,slak..I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere in the Free state called Heilbron..I mostly skate and draw to keep myself busy,I have a degree in graphic design but I have not found a job yet…I love music and most of my designs are based on and inspired by the different music sub cultures out there,like 4 instance goths or emo’s,I just like 2 put down the vibe I pick up from these kids into designs…and that’s basically it..

To me it looks like all the tees are no longer available online, am I right? Why?
And how can we, the artists, track the online and the offline sales? Is there a tool or will be?

Hi Amarillo,

On some months we entered in one or 2 for each size as we weren’t sure on all quantities. We’ll be fixing that in the next week or two, to reflect the correct amount we have for sale in our stock room.

The shop modules are back, great! Thanks for fixing that.
The only strange thing left is that you can only purchase one item of each possible size and then it´s inmediately sold out… to avoid wholesale maybe?

Amarillo – what designs aren’t in stock. Please give me the URL, as it might be a mistake as everything should be in stock.

Dusty – we’re planning to build a module in future so you can see how many of your tshirts have sold, what your comm is, how much you have been paid etc.

I´m a bit confused about the “online shop” issue, I have links to my designs here and there is no way to buy them, so it makes no sense to promote the tees anymore and I´ll have to remove them from sites like rumplo.com etc…

It’s that time of year again – with the summer season about to kick off and our annual label event around the corner on November 1st Timecode has something different on the cards for all the designers out there.

Timecode, in conjunction with Springleap (www.springleap.com), are putting together a T-Shirt design competition with great prizes including having the winning design manufactured/printed and going on sale at our November 1st event.

Designers have free range; all that is required is that you use the Timecode logo. But as we will be choosing the winner – referencing our past cd cover designs (http://www.timecode.co.za/home.asp?mnuID=1) and flyers will put you in the right direction.

Springleap is hosting the competition through their website so to get started you need to go to our profile page there: http://www.springleap.com/peeps/mrphyx

Prizes

The winner will receive 3 Springleap T-shirts, a Timecode cd hamper, 2 tickets for our event on the 1st of November, exposure on both websites (Springleap and Timecode) and royalties on all the T-shirts sold.

Instructions

Submissions – 4th of September to 18th of September
Winner will be announced on the 1st of October

Limited edition T-shirts will be sold on the Springleap site from 1st November and at the Timecode vs Afrogalactic event on the 1st of November.

To submit designs: Register on Springleap – Click on the submissions icon, down load the submissions pack, when you up load your design to the site call it TIMECODE and it will be allocated to the correct competition.

All Durban artists are invited (and any other artists if your in our hot city & any random people who like springleap like we do yay) to Pin Point Tattoo Studio for a free booze & food party.(when i mean free i mean couple of bottles wine sposored by Springleap and finger foods) Couple of Durban dudes are pulling in, Harvey Wall Bangers down the way so we may extend the party into the night. If we like you we may give you a supa discount on a tattoo for you or a friend. Their will be a live band(when i say band i mean a dude on a guitar).
