WOOHOO!!! Guys, thanks to you springleap is really rockin!

Last night at midnight (springleap.com submissions always close on the 27th of each month at midnight)we closed our third competition entries, and there are some CRACKER designs that are going to ROCK YOUR SOCKS OFF that will appear on the 1st of June, when we open voting for those entries.

A big thanks to all the amazing Artists AND Voters who support springleap!

So here is some of the exciting stuff you can expect in June :

3. KING OF COMMENTS, QUEEN OF QUOTES – our all new competition where you can win some warm fuzzy cash – we are going to open nominatons at the end of each month to the voters on who most CONSITENTLY and CONSTRUCTIVELY commented on artist’s submissions throughout the month.
4. FEATURED ARTISTS our new FEATURED ARTIST section launches – we take 3 awesome artists each month and give them the opportunity to go directly to print : they are established artists who are there to mentor everyone and make us realise what ALL OF US can strive towards. – think you have what it takes to get the PRIME SPOT on the springleap website and be a FEATURED ARTIST? – contact me directly on eran.e@springleap.com. Not only do you get paid OUTRIGHT for your design, you get the PRIME SPOT on our site worth R30 000 per month worth of exposure as well as recurring revenue on your shirt sales. Featured Artists can be SOUTH AFRICAN ARTISTS ONLY, anyone else can enter the normal competition to win HUGE cash, prizes and fame.

I really couldn’t believe the amount of designs that came through for compo3….and amazing quality too. You guys are gonna go absolutely mad for the new stuff, I already have my eye on a few designs that I like. I have a feeling its going to be a close race. Hi Guys ‘n Gals

I am really happy to announce a new competition starting next month called “King of Comments”

At springleap, we really value WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY – and so do the artists that submit their awesome creations. It helps them learn what people like and don’t like about their work. Constructive criticism is such an incredibly valuable tool to artists and designers, allowing them to see their designs with fresh eyes.

In the spirit of communication and helping in a constructive way, we are proud to launch : “King of Comments” – we are giving away R500 cash every month from the month of June to the springleaper who we feel has commented on designs most consistently and constructively throughout the month.

Springleaping means no one gets left behind. Springleaping is something EVERYONE can do.

Who will be the King of Comments? or the Queen of Quotes? ;)

Absolutely E – this competition starts up in June and it’‘s also about making us all realise how integral we all are to each other. heya guys couple things… firstly, the comp only starts in JUNE :) but good call DustyRich also, it’s not a for a single post – it’s for the person that gets the most involved and the most helpful guess it can be for a single post if that post is unbelievable or incredibly helpful, but more likely that it’s for someone who gets involved the whole month… to start with it will probably be all the springleap guys that nominate people, and we’ll choose from one of them, but would be kewl if we let everyone help choose… shoutBack on 25/5/08 by Eric

At the moment if you search for the word – springleap – in google.com (without dashes or quotes, just the word) the following sites come up:

FIRST: springleap.com

SECOND: bandwidthblog.com

THIRD: imod.co.za

We’ve selected a number of judges, and on the 1st April, they’ll type in – springleap – into google.com

They’ll award 3 points to the first place, 2 points to the second place and 1 point to the third place.

The overall third place will get R500
