Adidas + Springleap
Adidas’ agency was tasked with proposing a branding strategy
tailored to local markets in Ghana and Nigeria. The agency did not
have on the ground staff, partners or funds to commission lengthy
consumer research projects.
Springleap invited 15 creatives from both Nigeria and Ghana to
provide feedback on current perceptions of the Adidas Brand,
competitors, the state of sports apparel, and possible opportunities
for them to strengthen their desired brand positioning through
local media channels and influencers.
