Straight from the Designers fingers

cool concept, dont think it is well executed however… needs to be more realistic… why not paint your hands black and try put it down on paper, scan it in… vectorize and boom-bada-bing!

It reminds me of that scene in titanic where the hand slides down the side of the sweaty coach window thing.

I’m looking at this again, and I still dig the idea! Represents sort of like a Jekyll & Hyde thing to me.

Cool concept. I just have a prob with the outline on the hands.

Or what if you made it look like it was a window with trim and someone wrote help in the “frosty” part of the window”. But then again I dont know if you know whats thats like if your not in the cold weather…but still a wild freaky design..the stroke does kill it tho I think..

I think That to really improve on this t-shirt design I would have done the following:

1. keep outline but darken
2. Darken the hands/change opacity so they are JUST visable
3. I would have put some stretch lines on the fabric so it looks like the hands are breaking through the fabric. The best way to do this would be crease lines in the outline hue and the gradient of the hand’s fill for the effect of the stretching fabric.
4. Get rid of the dots – they distract from the simplicity of the design.
5. Change the opacity of the triangle in the hands to make them darker and match the gradient of the stretching fabric.
