This piece was actually meant to go on canvas but just thought that I would try and put it on a tee. My Africa is about the freedom and the struggle that our Great Leader, Madiba went through.
If you look closely you will see that all the shapes on his face is in the shape of the African continent, which represent every person that Madiba has represented in the struggle. The man went through horrific things just so that you and me can live in a land where every person has the right to say and express what they feel.
So this piece is for you Madiba. My People, My Country, My Africa.
