Simple concept really. Springleap is responsible for so many of us developing our skills and pushing our creativity. They effectively are “growing” our talents. Hence the planter with the word “talent” growing out of it.

Nice idea, good illustration, the worm lets it down a little for me… But really do like it! I agree with the grows – it’s a good typographical exercise.
