Quack interview with quack by DuncanBoxie

Our very first winner and a guy that keeps on surprising us with his talent.
Quack is a dude with some serious design power.

Duncs: So tell me about where you grew up, have you lived there all your life or have you bounced around a lot?
Chad:I was born and raised in Durbanville and am currently still living there with my family.

Duncs: When you were a child what did you want to grow up to be and what would you say is your dream job now?
Chad: To tell the truth when I was a kid I wanted to do absolutely nothing, my cousin who is also like my hero went into graphic design and I decided to try it out myself…everything continued from there.

Duncs: Have you got a big family, how many?
Chad: No quite small actually, 1 mom, 1 dad and 1 sister.

Duncs: What is without doubt the best experience of your life?
Chad: Well I’m a strong Christian, so I’d say keeping the faith has been the best experience of my life.

Duncs: Would you consider yourself a party animal or would you rather curl up with a good book?
Chad: Neither, I’d rather just chill out with friends and talk.

Duncs: Who would you consider to be the greatest influence on your actions?
Chad: God of course.

Duncs: Describe your artistic style in one word.
Chad: Random

Duncs: What music are you listening to at the moment?
Chad: Paramore and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.

Duncs: If you could commit any 1 crime and get away with it, what would it be?
Chad: Oh that would have to be stealing every last sweet from a candy store, I love sweets. But I’d never steal.

Duncs: Have you ever narrowly escaped death?
Chad: Yeah this one time I almost fell off a mountain in Stellenbosch.

Duncs: Any ideas on your next submission? Without giving anything away of course.
Chad: Actually I’m doing a collaboration with my younger brother Wesley, he will come up with the concept and I will do the design.

Duncs: Tell me what is Quacks meaning of life?
Chad: I’d have to say making others feel wanted, even if it’s remembering what they do or what they like in life. Helping those in need.

Duncs: Is fear a factor for you?
Chad: No, The Chad fears nothing.

Duncs: My last question may be the most important, what Ninja Turtle are you and why??
Chad: Oh I’d have to say Michelangelo. He was my favourite hero growing up, I always associated with him.

Duncs: Cool, well congrats once again on winning our very first compo, we can’t wait for more super Quack monster mania.
