1. So tell me about where you grew up, have you lived there all your life or have you bounced around a lot?

I was raised by a pack of wolves in the Cederberg Mountains. After being caught by a group of travelling circus folk I was educated around the beaches of Cape Town and then decided to refine my assassin skills in the vineyards of Stellenbosch.

2. When you were a child what did you want to grow up to be and what would you say is your dream job now?

I wanted to be the supreme overlord of an inch high community, but instead I became a flower farmer and night time design ninja. Close enough.

3. Have you got a big family, how many?

Why, did they say anything?

4. What is without doubt the best experience of your life?

Surfing on a dolphin.

5. If you could have any super power what would it be?

Teleportation, man I hate airplanes!

6. If you could hang out with any star for a day who would it be?

Anyone with a private jet, massive entourage, scantly clad bikini girls and Samuel L Jackson on their poker table.

7. Where do you see South African design in the next 10 years?

In South Africa.

8. How excited are you about the World Cup coming to SA?

Yes, because it has been statistically proven that 6 months after a world cup the host nation’s currency drops quite considerably which means higher returns for the export market in the last two quarters of 2010.

9. What music are you listening to at the moment?

Dark night of the soul.

10. Do you feel as if you were born in the right era?

Yeah, but I would have preferred being born about 3 weeks earlier.
