no, that’s not “american” that’s just a few select people types in a few select states in america, notably across the south, but white trash (black trash and all in between) is not reserved to one region, although many are in the south. this is actually a naive representation of america. this represents the GWB america (which really only partially exists). the America other countries write about. it isn’t exactly like that though.

i mean, i lived in italy and holland and i remember gypsies and low class street people…but i do not think italy is all gypsies, nor holland all low class street people.

Zeitgeist is a sloppy and poorly researched doc (the christ bashing stuff anyway)…and it relies on the same scare techniques that the mass media outlets rely on. it is inverse propaganda. i don’t like either version of propaganda. but it is far from accurate.

eric, there are plenty of places in th US that are just fine. much of the rest of the world hates us, even though many of us don’t agree with the way things are handled by our govt. we’ll still vilified…so i went ahead and siad “dreaded” so no one else would need to.

i grew up in italy and holland before settling in Southern California for 20 years, then i moved to South Carolina and finally Nashville (and got married almost a year ago! 4/20/07!)…i really don’t know where i wanna live. i love the desert but my wife is afraid of scorpions. hmmmm.

duncan, it is whiskey country, but i’m not much of a drinker.
