I kinda like the grey and blue look, almost as if the mitochondrion was suspended in a body of water. Cute design. I also agree though, too close to the collar, one should always anticipate and reserve that area for bolognese drippings and rib sauce, lol.

Wow…

I just have to say it…

Please don’t kill me.

It looks like a penis with a strawberry patterned condom on its head.

At least it would have a cool message to the kids, “condomise!”

Duncan I just had the pumpkin panzerotti thing again the other night… sooo divine…

Eric all I know is Marco’s is somewhere close to where I’m staying at the moment, and that’s Glenwood. Other than that I am not sure how to explain, our mutual friends Shona and her sidekick companion Marius will be able to explain. I’ll ask them and maybe post later.

And then YOU TOO WILL EXPERIENCE DIVINITY!!!

B-Tech survey on Aug 18th 2011, 07:32 peeps

Hi there, first off I am the hugest plush fan ever and it’s great to see someone taking a commercial interest in it on a tertiary level. That said, I don’t think you can use these kinds of questions to create the ultimate plush that will sell. Plush, like their sibling items the vinyl toy, depends heavily on intuitive emotional investment from the consumers side. It is not something formulaic, although some characteristics have consistently done well since the inception of the concept of the modern toy, and you either have a knack at it or you don’t. I just feel these questions you ask are only good for a questionaire type thesis, and if that’s what you are doing then I wish you luck, otherwise if not I’d say drop the questions and look up academic research done on product design (there’s tons of info out there, my thesis touched upon alot of them).

Like the saying goes, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. If you keep at it you will make whatever you do a success even if those around you disagree. It’s your attitude that counts, and how you apply it :) Keep persevering!!!

I cannot agree with you more. T-shirt design, as with any other discipline of design or art, relies on contextual relevance and appropriateness. Some colours that work for a design may not work for others. Sometimes you may get a design that will only work with ONE colour t-shirt and nothing else. That’s not to say that that design is deemed as inferior to those that are more flexible with t-shirt colour, that just means you have to be observant enough to know it beforehand and make certain that your design is reproduced on other colours if they really don’t work. I have seen designs made on multiple colour t-shirts that just do not work with it, and that is poor judgement. I’d rather have my design produced in a single t-shirt colour than a dozen and have eleven ugly combinations floating around out in the world…

…design is not reproduced…
