I don’t think Tim Burton had anything to do with Coraline. The movie was directed by the other director of The Nightmare Before Christmas, Henry Selick.
Nah actually the first time I saw that Iron Fist design was when I went into the Iron Fist concept store today, honestly never seen it before that, but I could see the similarity.
My inspiration came from ZERO and KFD graphics, the actual image of the praying hands is quite common like Tu said and when I did this design I was actually aiming for a kinda cliche tattoo/skate graphic design
and is 705,886,690 seconds young

I agree with Tu, I think you could bring the number of colours down. Would do great in the rave scene though.
