Surely i can submit it to both competitions, im pretty sure mine wont win on either of them so i didnt think it would be a problem.

yup it’s an old design past ninety days so it’s totally ok.. while yours were submitted at the same time. Just a heads up since it’s a violation of both site’s agreement. Cheers!
