Hi Guys I wanted to drop a question to the people in the know about how colours are counted. Lets say I have a design with one colour, but I use 30 percentages of that colour. (eg. red: 100% red: 90% etc) does that make it a 30 colour design, or a one colour design? SS |

ya..thats a one colour…and that colour will be used as the base as well if going on a coloured tee..it will look messy tho. Its ok to use a few tonal areas but with 30 it will loose its punch and impact. The whole print will be made up of dots with different spacing. So I would advise against it..Rather choose you biggest areas of colour and make them into different spot reds that will print solid and have the smaller areas in tones…I do this for a living and seperate about 20 pieces of art a day as well as designing. So trust me on this!

Dont know if anyone has answered yet, but It would be one colour as I understand it. Depending if they use a white base for it.
