What the hell am I talking about?

BEING SAVVY WITH COLOURS

One has to really think about the tshirt production when submitting tshirt designs. Here are some basic tips on colours :

1. Think : would I wear that design on that colour shirt?
2. How many people would that colour shirt appeal to
3. Think of the shirt colour as a colour in your design – for example : if you have a light pink in your esign and i’t going on a light pink shirt…. why use a very similar pink as a colour. It’s a waste. It will incur HUGE extra costs for springleap in terms of colours, setups, screens and possies.
4. if you have just a TINY area in the design that has a specific colour – ask yourself : is it really necessary or could I use one of the other colours already present in the design?
