OK… That’s a lot of rules… Totally understood as we’re NOT making an official tee. That would be very much copyright infringing.

Now let’s see what else I can (can’t) use…

Can I use the SA flag?
Can I use 2010 by itself?
Can I use 2010 with the image of the SA flag?
Can I use images of the stadiums?
You didn’t mention Zakumi but I assume you can’t use the green-spotted anime mascot.
Can I use the map of SA?
Can I use “SA”?
Can I use “RSA”?
Can I use “2010 SA”?

Nothing like a detailed brief outlining EXACTLY what you CAN’T do.
I bet FIFA’s public guidelines is at least a couple of hundred pages! Ok, so nothing that even remotely resembles anything at all to do with the FIFA World Cup 2010!~
Got it.
Hmmm, I’m thinking I may just have to wait until there is a rugby theme?
But I’ll take the challenge.
