How to use the Springleap share bar

“What is the Springleap Share Bar?”

I’m sure you’ve noticed a floating social media sharing bar located on the right hand side of any page you view on Springleap.com

This share bar allows you to share that current page with any of your friends via a myriad of channels like Facebook or Twitter

Why would you want to do that?

To spread the word, to attract more people to vote on your design, to get more people involved, to seed great content… the opportunities are endless! Imagine Springleap as a “portal” for awesome content that you would like to share with your friends by just clicking, this is exactly the function of the Springleap Social Media Share Bar, making the process easier than ever before whilst allowing you to access every conceivable social network on the web.

Where do I start?

Facebook and Twitter are among the commonly used options whilst Digg, Delicious, Google Buzz, Tumblr, MySpace and Reddit are powerful choices as well. If you would like to start using the Springleap Social Bar to spread the word to all your social networks and friends … it’s pretty simple!

If you are viewing a particular page that you would like to share you should be able to view the Springleap Share Bar on the right hand side of the page.

Click on the Springleap Share Bar to view a drop down list of all the options.

Let’s say you would like to share the content and link on Facebook, simply select Facebook and another tab in your browser should open.
Once fully loaded you will be asked to add a personal message, once you are happy with this simply click share and voila!

Repeat these steps for any of the social media options available on the Springleap Social Media Share Bar and spread the word!
