I like the simple approach, sometimes it’s refreshing to see such designs. When I first looked at it, it was like an emblem (well, it still is), but then I saw the little dude at the top, which I though was a nice ‘touch’. I can see the Springleap staff wearing this to their annual team building boot camp (I’m sure thee will be one). Perhaps the design might have been more ‘breathable’ and less ‘tight’ if you’d left out one star from each side at the top, just so that they were not too close to the other elements? Do you agree? You’re welcome to shoot me down. Overall, I think this is a fresh take

This is a really nice design, and love the retro faded look. Love the fact that it is placed on the chest like a superhero name. Would love to see this design on other color tees :)
