Springleap.com is a t-shirt company with a community of design lovers and voters participating in fortnightly t-shirt design competitions with the winners voted by the community. Springleap.com is currently looking for strong and experienced sales representatives to be responsible for the sale of t-shirts as well as a wider range of products using Springleap designs.

Candidates must be hard working, driven and ambitious as well as able to work without supervision. Absolutely essential to this role is existing retail experience and a proven track record of closing sales deals. Confidence, the ability to network and carry about business development are also key elements of success. This kind of role will provide you with a level of financial freedom not found in many other positions.

We are looking for people with strong computer skills, a good understanding of Microsoft Office, and an understanding of general marketing principles, as you will work closely with the Springleap marketing team. You will be responsible for the growth of the brand’s sales and will be the client relationship manager of many of Springleap’s key clients. Being *presentable and professional is a pre-requisite for this position.

You must have a valid drivers license and your own transport is essential. South African citizens only.
