The colours are a bit hectic.
I feel as if the colours mute the overall effectiveness of the design. Also the fact that it is on a grey t-shirt tones down the colours even more.
If the design was placed on a different colour t-shirt it may have worked a hellova lot better.
maybe u could have added a bit of quirk to the parachute…maybe put had a big mushroom on it, or yin-yang…whatever ;)
