GET READY TO ROCK!

It is only a few times a year when an international band comes through to South Africa which makes us all seriously excited.

Kings of Leon are comin in October!!!!
Well, if you dont know this by now I assume you have been living in a bomb shelter somewhere.

The news that is now on everybodys lips is the announcement of the 3 local supporting bands which will warm-us-up before Kings of Leon lets loose with their Southern style alternative bluesy rock awesomeness.

It has been confirmed that the 3 super-cool local bands will be Shadowclub, Die Heuwels Fantasties, and the Black Hotels.

These are all seriously groovy bands guys and girls. While it is an honour to play with such a huge international band like Kings of Leon, I still feel that they are happy to have such top-notch SA bands to support them. This gives our bands a good opportunity to show the world what we can do....because the “eyes” of the world will be upon us.

Serious thanks must go out to Nokia, 5FM and SABC3 for organizing this event.
I have high hopes for these gigs and I have no doubt that Kings of Leon are going to rock South Africa to its foundations!
