Movember inspiration

Can you believe we are already halfway through November!
Seriously this month has been flying by like crazy.

Well, this is true for everyone but the guys who are taking part in the Movember movement.
For many of us (me included) it has been a prickly, ticklish, scream-worthy experience that will no doubt make us adverse to excessive facial hair for a very long time. Well, probably until next Movember, haha!

The worst thing is that many dudes have dropped the ball and deciding to simply ‘give up’.

In the end I decided it best to give you some Movember inspiration - to ensure that you keep that lip caterpillar growing!

I have been looking around online and found plenty of amazing designs that have inspired the Movember inside of me! Take a look below and you will see two illustrations which really made me chuckle.
On the left we have Ichigo from the popular anime Bleach (he fell asleep and was abused by his talking doll Kon…it’s a long story) on the right we have Darth Vader sporting a rather impeccably ‘proper’ moustache. This is funny no matter how you look at it…..LUKE, I am your MO-ther!!!

Now we move on to some more real-world Movember inspiration. I decided to use two actors, who are in some cases, are more famous for their moustaches than their actual careers. Check out Charlie ‘duck walker’ Chaplin and Tom ‘hide your daughters’ Selleck.

Chaplin had one of those moustaches that few men would be brave enough to sport. Honestly, the only person who could pull off anything remotely the same was Hitler…and, well, we don’t question his bravery…or sanity for that matter. Chaplin made this super bizarre moustache style look good!

Tom Selleck is famous for his moustache, his red Ferrari, his moustache, his floral shirts and….well, his moustache. In fact if you type “moustache” into Google Images Tom Selleck is on the very first row. Talk about an iconic lip ferret!

Remember that we also have our very own official Springleap.com t-shirts for Movember. Check out my original posting.
Both of these designs have caused quite a stir and will bring out the moustache in everyone…even the ladies ;)
Still Life with Mustache & Guns and Epic Battle

It’s NOT TOO LATE to get involved in Movember. Cruise across to the Springleap.com Facebook page and check out the Mo or No section. Show your support for men’s health! Don’t worry if you missed out on the first photo, you can start on the second, no worries.

Movember is for absolutely everyone. No matter if you are a lady or simply too young to grow a moustache, there is always a way to get involved. Heck, you could even paint one on!

Do you have some Movember inspiration for us?

Please post your favourite moustache images and illustrations below, or on the Springleap Facebook page

AND REMEMBER:

Register on the official Movember website too and donate your moustaches to help raise funds for CANSA, men's health and prostate cancer!

PS: Check out this hilarious moustache spread.
Which MO are you????
