2008 and 2009 Springleap winners, start your engines. Get ready for Springleap’s very first “Battle of the Best”!

It’s time to defend your title and come out tops in the new “Battle of the Best” theme competition. This time the best of the best go head-to-head by duking it out with their most creative design yet!

What is at stake? R5000, 20 winning design t-shirts, any 5 in-stock Springleap t-shirts and of course, the title! Winner takes all!Before you float like a butterfly and sting like a bee OR unleash your carnage, please read the competition rules below:

PREPARE FOR ONSLAUGHT

Rules :

1) Only past Springleap winners may enter
2) No previously submitted designs may be entered into the competition
3) Each designer may enter up to 5 designs
4) Any theme goes, but please respect the Springleap Submission Terms & Conditions

Dates to diarise :
Submissions for designs open: 14 January 2010
Submissions for designs close: 9 February 2010
Voting starts: 11 February 2010
Winner is announced: 25 February 2010

did you guys get it in during South Africa time? Plus if it closes on the 9th doesnt mean that entries have to be in by 12:00 Midnight on the 9th?

Hey,

I got the same problem as dotnot. It’s still the 9th but the option for submitting it to “Battle of the Best” was removed. Submitted it to Springleap US contest. I also hope you can put it into the battle of the best contest.

Right so I entered one now, and the option of putting it under “BATTLE OF THE BEST” was removed. IT’s still the 9th. I entered it as faces of africa. I hope they can fix it.

Mine too…my usually are pending till a day or two before the cut off time.

I think it would be cool to see a list of all the people that were eligible to be in this period and actually submitted before the designs are presented.

It may provide a little bit of extra hype for the contest!
