2008 and 2009 Springleap winners, start your engines. Get ready for Springleap’s very first “Battle of the Best”!

It’s time to defend your title and come out tops in the new “Battle of the Best” theme competition. This time the best of the best go head-to-head by duking it out with their most creative design yet!

What is at stake? R5000, 20 winning design t-shirts, any 5 in-stock Springleap t-shirts and of course, the title! Winner takes all!Before you float like a butterfly and sting like a bee OR unleash your carnage, please read the competition rules below:

PREPARE FOR ONSLAUGHT

Rules :

1) Only past Springleap winners may enter
2) No previously submitted designs may be entered into the competition
3) Each designer may enter up to 5 designs
4) Any theme goes, but please respect the Springleap Submission Terms & Conditions

Dates to diarise :
Submissions for designs open: 14 January 2010
Submissions for designs close: 9 February 2010
Voting starts: 11 February 2010
Winner is announced: 25 February 2010

@suburbanhijinx – It’s R5000 cold hard cash.

Also you can enter if you were a winner or a previous runner up that went to print.

@ Roxzylok…little confused? We can resubmit a previous winner? I thought the rules state no previously submitted designs?

I have a few brand new designs to submit, is this acceptable or does it need to be a previous winning design?

I’ve sold my other submitted non-winning designs to bands and/or lines so those wouldnt be available.

I guess I just need to know that designs that springleapers have never seen before on this site are okay for submission?

@Chucky thanks for spotting – it closes on the 9th Feb. Its been changed on the brief.

When do submissions for this close? because on the banner it says 9th Feb and on the brief it says 2nd Feb

@kingslip you must have one at least one competition to enter your designs – you can also resubmit previous designs that didnt make it before!
