………………………

THE HANSA COMPETITION WILL NOW HAVE 2 WINNERS!!!!
Hansa was so impressed with the designs that they decided they would choose 2 winners, each winning US$1250.

The Hansa ‘Special Ingredient’ submission date for designs has been extended until the 09 June, 2011.

This means you have extra time to come up with some really awesome submissions and win the massive US$1250 grand prize.

………………………

“Cheers to the DREAMERS – Not just any dreamers. The beeg, beeg dreamers. Because, it’s the dreamers that see the world, not as it is, but as it could be.”

Hansa Pilsener raises its glass to toast the designers – the dreamers that make our world an awesome place to live in by turning dreams into art, design and sculpture – an audio and visual delight.

What could possibly make the Kiss of the Saaz Hop even sweeter?
Well, to give this new competition at Springleap.com that crisp and refreshing edge that you know so well, Hansa Pilsener is putting up a US$1250 prize for the Springleap designer that dreams up and delivers a design that illustrates life’s special ingredient.

For the other top contributors – cases of thirst-quenching Hansa Pilsener will be up for grabs .

Show us the extraordinary. Draw back the curtain to the special ingredient – give us a chance to salute you – the dreamers…The designers.

Springleap.com in association with Hansa Pilsener invite designers in an open call – an open call to be refreshingly different by showing us that special ingredient that is going to blow the voters and our esteemed design panel away and kick our trend-factor into overdrive.
Put that spring in our step, the twinkle in our eye.

Be Refreshingly Different.

Hansa Pilsner is calling upon designers to show up that “special ingredient” that blows us away!

Create a Hansa Pilsener branded t-shirt that is stylish enough for a consumer to want to wear out on a Friday night.

What we are looking for: stylish/ trendy tees that our music industry professionals and consumers would feel AWESOME wearing.

A tee that Hansa Pilsener starts a t-shirt revolution with!

Show us the special ingredient inside of all of us that sets us apart from the rest.

The MUSTS:

Your design must :

• Show an understanding of the Hansa Pilsener consumer:

When you think of a Hansa Pilsener consumer, you should think of young urban males who have a strong sense of self, who love life, music and don’t take things for granted.

You will know a Hansa man when you see one. He will have his finger on the pulse of the latest urban fashion and trends, and no matter what he is wearing he exudes a confidence that makes him approachable to everyone around him.

These individuals are Mzansi’s ‘legends in the making’. The men who will become the leaders and backbone of our nation.

• Use the current brand iconography (keyline logo, hop and pack shot) and colours. These are guidelines and we are open to some level of interpretation, but the t-shirt design should tie back into the brand

• Use current t-shirt designs that already resonate with the young urban Hansa Pilsener consumer as a reference

THE INSPIRATION AND DIRECTION:

The target market for our tee is young urban males interested in music, within the 21-28 age bracket. Meet the fans on our Facebook page

Brands working well in the t-shirt space to use as references:
1. Head honcho

2. AMA KIP KIP

3. Struss bob

4. Nike-Tee

5. Billionaires Boys Club

6. Ecko

Beer bottle does not need to be included guys and girls.
You can use whatever colors you want, however considering it is a corporate job it may be ‘safer’ to stick to their colors. However there is no reason you cant go with your own colors…you may just surprise them enough to rebrand ;)
The logo would be a wise idea!

Our first winner is announced on the 10th June and the final winner on the 4th July.

another question relating to this comp…no one seems to be answering anything…… :(
I subbed a T this morning 7 hours later and its still hanging “waiting for approval”.

Think the process should be quicker as it doesnt leave much time to adjustments etc.
Appreciate a answer soonish?????

Thanks guys
