What did you like and didn’t like with your springleap tshirt? Please give us feedback, so that we can improve in the future. Here are some suggested questions you can answer for us, but feel free to speak your mind: 1. what tshirt design/s are you commenting on? (name is on the back of the tshirt) We really appreciate your feedback and be honest – if there is something we’re doing wrong we want to hear about it so we can fix it up. And if we’re doing something right, it makes us feel that all the hard effort and work we’ve put into springleap over the last year has been worth it! |

wow – some awesome comments. seems like u are loving the super fast service with our new courier company. @HappyCamper – people have said that our XL’s and XXL’s are a little on the tight side, so on our next production (we make the tshirts ourselves) we’re going to make them bigger. but that will take a few months and we’ll make an announcement when they are launched @muman – good point. we’re looking into seeing if we can up the quality of the already top notch quality to do some more anti shifting, shrinking etc. it’s always really difficult to get the colour of the screen problem resolved, as everyone uses different monitors. @dsteyn – when we started producing tshirts, we went through a learning curve. (what we call generations). We’re now onto our 4th generation, and are currently designing the 5th generation tshirts. BUT we were short on a few colours, so had to top up with tshirts from another manufacturer. There are only about 4 or 5 designs using that other manufacturer’s tshirts, but they are slightly different sizing, and you probably got one of them, which is why you noticed a difference.
@Injula WOW!!! Wow!!! WOWzers!!! a 20 out of 10 for overall! think we should frame this and put it on the wall! thanks for making our day!

Word up Springleapers Thanks for the T. Just one item of feedback, regarding sizes. I’ve now ordered 3 guys medium T’s, and it feels like they’re different sizes. Still mostly medium, but different fits. Not a big deal really, but when you sit between sizes… Or maybe I’m just getting chubbier?

Hey, love the idea of springleap, have bought 5 shirts since i discovered you last year. The shirts all arrived OK, except one, which took ages, but Eric was very helpful and I got a free t-shirt for the delay (amasing service!). Since then the delivery of my latest shirt was super fast and the e-mail updates spot on (the kind of service I’m not used to in SA). I’m not a badge fan, so they just get thrown away (sorry, that’s just me). Post card is cool, but I know most of the designs on the site, so not hugely helpful – also binned. The size is good (male medium), but after a few washes the seem to stretch at the bottom (so they look a bit loose at bottom, but tight at top) – something which I’ll get tailored (cos I like the shirts so much), but would be far better if it didn’t happen. Otherwise a small gripe is that the colours of one of the shirts I bought (“forest of my mind”) turned out to be far greener than it looked on the site, but still not a bad colour). Small things, but overall an excellent site with very good service – I’ll continue to buy, and vote, in the future. Thanks!

I must commend you on your service and very quick delivery. I ordered Give Peas a Chance and For Our Children – The latter is definitely a better quality material (Black). The badges are an EXCELLENT idea and thanks – mine went straight onto my camper hat. BUT I can’t say the same about the T-shirts sizes. I ordered the Male XXL size as I prefer a comfortable loose fitting T-shirt and found that the size of the T-shirts I received are probably the equivalent of a Ladies Large. I noticed that the T-shirts you guys are using are “Made in South Africa” and cannot understand to which men they relate their sizes to. The average male in SA will not be able to fit in these T-shirts unless he is about 13 years old or of the skeleton variety. Malicious Bear would probably have been my next order, but what’s the use of buying a shirt that you can’t wear? Thanks, Guys!
