What did you like and didn’t like with your springleap tshirt?

Please give us feedback, so that we can improve in the future.

Here are some suggested questions you can answer for us, but feel free to speak your mind:

1. what tshirt design/s are you commenting on? (name is on the back of the tshirt)
2. guys / girls and what size? (details in the inner neck)
3. did you get it in the post, or in a shop or as a present or other?
4. first impression of the tshirt?
5. did you get the badge and postcard, and what did you think?
6. what did you think of the front print? (good quality, not great)
7. what did you think of the name of the design and the designer at the back of the tshirt?
8. what did you think when you tried it on? (was it too small, too big, a perfect fit, needs changes?)
9. after you washed it, did it shrink? (a lot, a little, none at all)
10. anything else?
11. what would your rating out of 10 be?

We really appreciate your feedback and be honest – if there is something we’re doing wrong we want to hear about it so we can fix it up. And if we’re doing something right, it makes us feel that all the hard effort and work we’ve put into springleap over the last year has been worth it!

Ya man. I’m not a huge dude, maybe 5“7 or something, but the only shirt that feels comfortable for me is XL. My muscles are not bulging out or anything, fair build. If I order a shirt next time I’m gonna get XXL. Be warned, the shirt sizes are kind of small!

Hi there

Busy wearing my springleap T-shirt 2day so perfect timing for the questionaire. So Far it has washed well , coloring is very good and I like the fit (Medium-girls). The only part i struggle with is the inner neck which i find chokes me a little. Not a major concern, but see what others say? Who knows make I have an oddly huge neck ;)

mikdog – printing is coming right quickly! thanks for understanding. we’re getting on top of things, but just need a LITTLE more time to get things 100%. and to make you feel better, (to show you that schnaaing is the LAST thing we want you to feel), Eran & I haven’t had a day off in months – we both worked right through this weekend trying to get things right

I know, its frustrating for you too. I’m trying hard not to let my frustration seep onto you guys because I know you’re pulling all-nighters and the printing deal’s been pulled from under your feet by other dudes, so…bleh. It will all come right sometime, I guess we all just have to sit tight. (Twiddles thumbs) Don’t worry man, we’re on your side here. Don’t worry about sending the one shirt, rather send them all at once in Jan (hopefully) and we can do without the router and the beer. its nice to know you’d be willing to make good on your offer though, so thanks. ;)

and Mikdog – I don’t know when we changed the prizes, as it was either from August or September that the beer and Skyrove router were no longer included as prizes.

but if it was meant to be in August, then even if the companies don’t sponsor the prizes, if you want them, then springleap will buy them to give to you.

I’ll try investigate over the next few days to try remember when we changed the prizes (as so much has been happening the last few months).

We’re really trying our best, but mistakes do happen, but if they do, and we can fix them, we will.

heya Mikdog – really sorry that you were told they were being sent, as the only August winner that has been printed is yours. Your prize was one of each of the 20 winning tshirts, and your one is the only one printed so far.

But I’ll have your design sent to you ASAP, so you have YOUR tshirt, and we’ll send the rest as soon as they get printed.

Sorry again for the wait, and for making you unhappy. We’re doing the best we can do!

That’s frustrating. I’ve been told they were sent this last Monday, and as one half of the creators of ‘e Sempowenis’ its very frustrating. First I was told the SkyRove router wasn’t included in the prizes (after winning) and then the Jack Black beer wasn’t included in the prizes (after winning). Doh. ‘Ok’ I thought. ‘I’ll give them this one, even though they’re hooking some false advertising and they’re not compensating for schnaaing us.’ Now, instead of sending the winner their winning shirts, you guys are putting them in stores? I understand wanting to reach out to more customers, but man, you’ve got to take care of your existing customer base first, otherwise I’ll leave! I got the cash relatively quickly, so that was good. But we’ve been waiting FOREVER for our shirts. Don’t leave us last, man.

mikdog – we printed a really small amount to try get july out ASAP, so we’ll have to print more in Jan when the printers open so we can get the prizes to all of you. After giving the shops a few of the July tshirts, we have VERY few left for the Internet sales. But we’ll print some more ASAP and get your prizes over to you…
