Tu – because this is the last month of the old format, we wanted to include all the designs. So we approved some of the designs after the competition started and included them, so that from next month it’s a totally clean slate, and designers can decide whether to enter the first competition (first 2 weeks) or the second competition (second 2 weeks). this might have been one of the designs that was approved a little late shoutBack on 2/12/08 by Eric
