Hey y’all! So Springleap was at the Design Indaba ths past weekend, and what a fun weekend it was! Great to see all the Springleapers making the most of the sweet deals we had going on! So what was your favourite part (other than the Springleap stall of course)?? For me it was the exhibition in the middle where people were asked to draw themselves inside out. Wow, so fascinating to see what people came up with. A personal fave of mine was a girl with the surname Butcher who drew a big ass lambchop. Both cool and gross at the same time (I’m a vegetarian!). Wicked weekend otherwise, I went to see a great great great movie called A Single Man. Directed by the fashion designer Tom Ford, the movie explores a single day in a heartbroken man’s life while he plans his suicide. Set in Los Angeles in the early 60’s, the art direction is breathtaking and the story so poignant I was in tears the whole time! Go see it, I highly recommend it! Check this out for a great review Right now i’m getting high on Mr Min while thembeka is cleaning the office. Shew! See you crazy peeps soon… Danya |

Yay for you coming to visit us! Did you buy anything?? YES! I remember that one- It was the buildings in front of a bright yellow background- I think it’s a finalist for that competition.

Hmmm ya the chop was funny, I preferred the one that looked like a whole bunch of buildings making up the head, with a sat dish coming off his forehead…super cool.
