Hootiesign was undoubtedly one of the first to bring the magic of “doodle power” to life in this competition.
He and a few other select designers opened the flood gates to insanely busy and clustered design.
We LOVE IT!

Duncs: So tell me about where you grew up, have you lived there all your life or
have you bounced around a lot?
Stefan: I grew up in a small town called Klöch, that is in Austria not Australia. There are a lot of farmers and really funny people , I like my hometown a lot.
At the age of 18, I moved to Graz which is a bigger city and I have been living here for 4 years now.

Duncs: When you were a child what did you want to grow up to be and what would
you say is your dream job now?
Stefan: Hmm. My first dream job I can remember was a Caterpillar-driver, then a professional footballer and now, a doodler. Something I could do with my own thoughts.

Duncs: Have you got a big family, how many?
Stefan: Not really, I´ve got a beautiful sister and of course my mum, my dad and grandma.

Duncs: What is without doubt the best experience of your life?
Stefan: When Rapid Vienna won the half final of The European Cup against Sporting Lisboa in extra time and I could be there to see it.

Duncs: Would you consider yourself a party animal or would you rather curl up
with a good book?
Stefan: I’m not really a party animal at all. I prefer silence more than those drunk people.

Duncs: If you were president for a day, what would you change?
Stefan: The tobacco prices in Austria and student-prices for all kinds of food

Duncs: Who would you consider to be the greatest influence on your actions?
Stefan: Niklaas the boy from Flandren (comic series in the 90’s)

Duncs: Describe your artistic style in one word.
Stefan: Linetower

Duncs: What music are you listening to at the moment?
Stefan: Trentemoller

Duncs: If you could hang out with any star for a day who would it be and why?
Stefan: Diego Maradona
