basically, a play on words, is the best way i can describe this one, the phrase “i think we should start seeing other people” kept popping into my little brain while i was drawing this and soon more and more items were added.it all started out as a illy about the eye of a needle but we all know how things can change so damn quickly. Anyway, pirates and the sense of sight ended up being the main inspiration. Not a certain event or anything. Just kinda happened…
