Cool Illy man. Maybe the line work could have been a bit darker so that it would stand out more. I think this will work on a black tee with the line work in white.

Have to agree on the white, it wasn’t needed at all.
Wish this would have been on the light blue t-shirt….I think I associate jazz with the blues…which yeah I suppose would look cool on blue.
Otherwise a mild mellow yellow would also have looked awesome.
Love the figures, nice try dude.

thanks for the comments and constructive crit, but seriously, i dunno, without the white it was too unbalanced and with the short time i had to get it done i didnt have any other ideas on how to balance it.. and as for the pink, it was just the only softish colour in the pack that i felt went with me design. no real reason other than that but maybe i’d look good in pink if i ever had this design made?

I agree with Tu that a secondary tone would be better, and also some bolder lines would be nice. Other than that, this is very nice

The white bits in the back doesn’t really go with the design, maybe adding a second tone to the jazz players as colouring would work better.

As a rule I’d prefer a bit of concept-ness in designs…

I personally think the “Dragon” image would be the best element to portray for the AMD launch, as it is the name of the new product. To show the link between the “Dragon” and gaming, I drew the dragon holding a joystick…. Hope you guys like! :)

Oh, and killerminibus - here is some constructive opinions (take them for what they are - only 1 man’s opinions):

1. Try not to use such a large amount of an overpowering colour in a design that has any sort of detail - the super-glo colours will destroy the lines and all the user sees is a blog of colour. Big areas of super glo or fluero colours only really work well with simple shapes eg : line work, basic forms, lightning bolts, text, for the most part, and very often require a good amount of black for separation purposes.

2. When using reds and yellow you have to be careful once again that the hues don’t overpower the eye. Colour should be used to emphasise - not overpower.

So listen up you arrogant twits who think they can come here and assault that sentiment - you will find yourself VERY VERY deluded when I ban you from the site undoubtably supported by the backing of your peers.

Springleap is about DELIGHTENMENT, SELF-EXPRESSION WITHOUT A RELATION TO ANYTHING OR ANYONE ELSE TO ACCOMPLISH IT. There is no necessity to behave in such a vulgar and obvious manner.

Clean your potty mouth, and get your act together! Remember that there are kids on this site and we should all be EXTREMELY conscientious, aware and conscious of what we are seedling within them.
