Well it seems that Ard Matthews has managed to land himself in quite the potential career crusher.

The Just Jinger frontman produced an epic failure of considerable note when he bungled the lyrics for our South African national anthem and on live television no less.

Look here people, bad things happen!
Even the greatest musicians have their off days and make catastrophic mistakes. Think about ol’ Amy Winehouse and her disastrous final performance in German...now that was bad.

instantly there is speculation of whether or not he was drunk or messed up on narcotics when he sang.
Art Matthews replied by saying that he had taken "no drugs" and commented further by saying he, “completely froze, it's that simple. First time ever. No drugs, no alcohol...just the biggest nightmare of my life..."

Honestly I really feel sorry for the guy. This has got to be the most embarrassing thing that can happen to a musical artist...can you imagine choking on a nationwide level, or rather a global level...thanks internet ;)

One thing that I love about situations like this is the fact that, in no time at all, there will be a few hundred jokes that spawn to make the offender sorry they ever took their first breath.

We can always rely on Nandos to be quick on the draw.
However, their latest ‘snipe advert’ was even more amazing and quick-thinking than usual.

Ard Matthews National Anthem fail is going to stick with him for quite some time methinks. People seldom forget malfunctions like this, especially when it’s something to do with their heritage.

There is also the question of how he initially handled the mistake. If you watch the video you will see that he laughs...which is honestly not the best reaction one can have, it may be a natural reaction, but still not the wisest. Laughter may appear to some as disrespectful, or come across as a lack of seriousness.

Let’s have a good laugh guys and girls, but let’s forgive the guy and move on. Just Jinjer are still responsible for some of the most iconic South African music ever produced. They are actually an amazing band and often spread a message of togetherness.

Don’t worry Ard, just pick yourself up and keep fighting the good fight!

The Idea:

trying to design something that is hybrid-related and keeping the new CT 200h in mind,i came out with this. The meter represents performance, that gas mask and some mist represents the car is environment friendly as it produce exceptionally low CO2 emissions.The small looking gear and the abstract lines represents the complex built,comfort and efficiency.

It’s every person’s dream to soar high up in the skies like an eagle. But every now and then we tend to loose who we really are. This design was inspired by a traditional ritual we had recently with my family, all my family coming together; kinda like “home coming”. Rooted reminds of who I am, where I’m from and gives me courage to get where I wanna go.

I made this design because as I always see the works of other designs, until I saw that most designs have the use of koi fish, which is the most common trend in the graphic design industry…so yea, I’ll have to play around with the kois too!

i have depicted television as a form of mental oppression.. one needs to unplug the box if one wishes to think outside the box..the truth is not measured in mass appeal,always keep it real.. respect
